The other day I reviewed this watch I purchased for my mother, and made a note about the faulty charger. It did not make the watch completely useless, of course it was very frustrating to try to fiddle around with the cable to find that "fine position" and somehow make sure it will stay there too until the watch gets charged, but my mum managed to charge it eventually so far, even if it took her a day and a half sometimes (and frequent checks in between to adjust the cable because it was so sensitive to the tiniest vibration that we could not find a sweet spot to fix it with a tape).
So, a very kind guy from this company called me this morning after reading my issue with the charger in my review and straightaway offered to send me a new charger! I call this first class customer service!!! I would encourage everybody interested in buying products offered by these people to support them, I believe, they deserve customers more than than the big companies to whom it really doesn't make a big difference if they replace a whole product or not (and many are ignorant still). Also, their products are good quality, and prices are decent (I purchased men's smart watch, dental care products as well). Thank you Zenkabeat, I appreciate your service :-)

Foarte frumos, finut, l am primit cadou si avea si un mesaj de I love you pe tipla in care era infasurat displayul ceea ce mi s a parut superb, usor de folosit meniul, ecran tactil, poti sa schimbi usor felul in care arata displayul
cu ceas din aplicatie si are multe modele, chiar si cu afisaz de vreme. Si bratara ceasului e finuta, se schimba usor cu cea neagra din cutie. Nota 10 si la conectarea cu telefonul sistem Android
